Nexus mod manager is not downloading

Hi, my name is Raul and i'm Brazilian, so sorry for my bad english. I have problems to download mods using the option "vortex" in nexusmode, they don't recognize vortex to open and download.

I have checked the proper boxes and logged in. I dont know how to fix that. I did setup Vortex correctly following the Wiki and Gopher. Prinsn , the download with mod manager button is controlled by both mod authors and our staff. Our staff will never disable the button unless the author is providing an installer for the mod. More often, the mod authors themselves would disable the button for one reason or another - please clarify this with the mod author. Wikt0ri0 , are you using FireFox by any chance?
